1. Validity of General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer" or "you") and AirGSM Holdings, Inc. and its affiliated entities (collectively "eSIMZone"). These Terms govern your use of our products, services, mobile application (the "App"), and website (the "Site" and collectively with the foregoing, the "Services").

These Terms are available on our website at www.eSIMZone.online. Any modifications to these Terms may only apply with an explicit written agreement between both parties.

Important Notice

End Customers: Individuals receiving services ordered by other eSIMZone account owners, for example, when transacting with a Business User, are also bound by these terms.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: By clicking "I Agree", registering for an account, downloading the App, or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Device Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring their device is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked. Device compatibility depends on the carrier and country of origin; you must verify compatibility at checkout.

Compatibility Requirements:

  • Device must support eSIM technology
  • Device must be network-unlocked
  • Operating system must be up to date
  • Carrier compatibility varies by region

The list of compatible devices is regularly updated, and new devices may be added to our supported list. We recommend checking our compatibility guide before making a purchase.

3. Payment Conditions

eSIMZone offers multiple secure payment methods to accommodate our global customer base:

5. Account Creation and Security

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account with eSIMZone. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information if it changes.

Account Security Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use strong, unique passwords
  • Enable two-factor authentication when available
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Log out from shared devices

eSIMZone is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our security policies.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

eSIMZone offers a limited refund policy for services related to eSIM activation. Refunds may be available under the following circumstances:

Eligible for Refund:

  • Technical issues preventing eSIM activation
  • Device compatibility issues (verified by our support team)
  • Service unavailability in your region
  • Duplicate purchases (accidental)

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Successful eSIM activations
  • Usage of purchased data/credits
  • Device compatibility issues not verified before purchase
  • Change of mind after successful activation

Refund Process: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and should include sufficient details for verification. To request a refund, please contact our support team at eSIMZonehelp@gmail.com with relevant details about your issue.

eSIMZone reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of misuse or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

8. Acceptable Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You are prohibited from using the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the operation of the Services, or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Services.

Prohibited Activities:

  • Illegal activities or content
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfering with service availability
  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Reselling services without authorization
  • Using services for spam or harassment

eSIMZone reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or illegal activity. We may also report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

eSIMZone will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use or inability to use the Services. This includes any issues related to eSIM activation, device compatibility, network issues, or other technical errors.

In no event shall eSIMZone' total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the Services within the last six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

Important Limitation

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that caused the issue. We are not responsible for any indirect damages such as lost business opportunities, data loss, or other consequential damages.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with eSIMZone and the Services are owned by or licensed to eSIMZone. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Website design and layout
  • Mobile application interface
  • Brand logos and trademarks
  • Software and technology
  • Content and documentation

You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Site or App without prior written consent from eSIMZone, except as expressly authorized under these Terms and Conditions.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by eSIMZone. eSIMZone does not assume responsibility for, and shall not be held liable for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

You acknowledge and agree that eSIMZone is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by the use of any third-party services or the reliance on any content, goods, or services available through such third-party services.
