Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of eSIM issuance and should include detailed information about the issue to allow our technical team to investigate and verify the problem.

Note: eSIMZone reserves the right to refuse refund requests if the issue arises from user error, incompatibility, or misuse of the eSIM service. In such cases, we may provide technical support to resolve the issue but will not issue a refund.
